How this website uses information

We use website analytics to understand how visitors find Wishney Store and which store-contact options are most useful.

What is measured

Google Analytics may measure page visits, traffic source, device and general location information, scrolling, outbound link clicks, and voluntary clicks on our call, WhatsApp, directions and social-media links. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, messages or payment information to Google Analytics.

Why we use it

We use this information to improve the website, maintain accurate visit information, and understand whether online visitors use directions, calling or WhatsApp to plan an in-store visit.

Welcome voucher registration

Membership is optional. When you register we save your name, full mobile number, optional email, member number, selected discovery source, registration time, permission choices and voucher issue, expiry and redemption records. We also store a one-way hash of your normalised mobile number to prevent a second welcome voucher for that number. We do not send contact details, member numbers or voucher codes to Google Analytics. A secure device cookie lets you reopen your voucher; save a screenshot in case you clear cookies or change devices. There is no password, SMS or email verification. Your contact details are self-reported and unverified.

Only the authorised store owner can access member contact records, the redemption service and source totals. A redeemed voucher includes the receipt number, eligible sale amount and staff identity. These records help us administer membership and distinguish registrations from actual sales. Registration is not consent to advertising messages: we record a separate optional marketing permission. You may withdraw that permission or request access, correction or deletion by contacting the store below. We keep member records while membership operates, subject to deletion requests and records needed to administer redeemed offers. We retain the minimum deduplication record while the first-registration offer operates; no new voucher is promised after deletion.
